Agnieszka Longtine has spent her career helping people find their way forward. With a background in both clinical counseling and organizational leadership, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to her new role as Executive Director at Pathfinder Care.
Before stepping into this position, Aga spent nearly a decade at NUWAY. What began as a counseling role quickly grew into leadership positions—including Program Manager and most recently Program Director—where she led teams, shaped programs, and supported individuals navigating both addiction and mental health challenges. Whether she was managing daily operations or mentoring new clinicians, her focus remained on the well-being of the people they served.
Her professional path is grounded in a deep commitment to recovery work. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Metropolitan State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. That foundation—combined with earlier studies in law enforcement and women’s studies—gives her a broad, inclusive perspective on the systems that impact recovery and wellness.
Aga is known not just for her clinical expertise or leadership skills, but for her authenticity, empathy, and unwavering belief in the potential of every person in recovery. At Pathfinder Care, she’s excited to help create a space where both clients and staff feel supported, empowered, and truly seen.
